The diversification of our E-shaped barns into a newly renovated barn venue showcases a fusion of both tradition and innovation, offering a range of facilities that can cater to any event.

Thetford Farm Estate offers a 10’500 sqm versatile setting that blends traditional rural charm with modern amenities.  From corporate conferences to car launches. The characterful 200 year old barns allow for space yet privacy and can cater for upto 600 guests for a variety of functions.

Corporate clients will find Thetford Farm Barn an ideal setting for conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and team-building events. The tranquil environment is conducive to productive discussions and creative thinking, far removed from the distractions of urban city settings.

With 2 large spaces that can seat 200 delegates on ground floor level and an additional 5 break out rooms available on site and at our Estate Pub, The White Horse, Baston. This newly renovated venue offers space and privacy.

For corporate events that require additional space and adaptable layouts, our two large courtyards work in harmony, for both indoor and outdoor functions.

Additionally, ample parking and easy accessibility from major transport routes, makes it a convenient choice for attendees from across the region.

The Conference Barn

The Conference Barn is the perfect setting for a product launch, sales meeting or annual conference. With the flexible layout options to meet the requirements of a large business of over 400 delegates to a smaller group of 20.

With double height ceiling and natural acoustics, the barn is an impressive 25 metres in length with an additional mezzanine level, offering a breakout space or casual meeting space. The  White Horse Bar can be staffed and stocked at your request.

The conference Barn can seat 200+ guests or provide standing room for 250+ guests at any one time. With its exposed brickwork and rustic interior the barn offers a full Bluetooth PA system, super-fast wi-fi and 13 power points.

Thetford Farm Estate is locaed 25 minutes from Peterborough train station with a direct link to King’s Cross, with easy links to all major roads.

The Corporate Suite

The Corporate Suite is a large space, ideal for dining events, demonstrations and exhibitions.

From car launches to conferencing, The Corporate Suite provides a 20m x 10m space to use as you require. This room is contemporary, light and spacious.

The Corporate Suite includes 8 glass sliding doors that allow a free-flowing access to the private courtyard. With reinforced flooring this room is perfect for both indoor and outdoor events, product launches and car shows.

The Estate Boardroom

The Estate Boardroom is a completely private space away from the main conferencing barn. This 10m x 4.3m room with exposed brickwork and comfotable seating, will allow for up to 30 delegates and is available to hire for all your conferencing needs. Complete with bi-fold doors overlooking field views, this versatile space is ideal for creative thinking, meetings, presentations, class room style working and all-room video conferencing.

The Pod

Situated just next door The Estate Boardroom, The Pod is a 10m x 4.3m self contained unit perfect for a break-out space for smaller meetings or even a working back office for your event!

Overlooking field views, this is the perfect space for creative thinking.

The Pod is complete with a kitchenette area, coffee machine and WC.

The Courtyards

Surrounded by open fields and picturesque grounds, the venue offers two large courtyard areas for outdoor activities and team building events.

The first courtyard measures 30m x 22m and is a large open gravelled space. The second is an enclosed courtyard with compacted gravel measuring 25m x 18m. Ideal for trade shows, outdoor events or demonstrations. Both courtyards areas can be covered to create a larger ‘internal’ event space if required.

Catering

The venue’s commitment to providing high-quality catering, featuring locally sourced produce, ensures that all dietary needs are met with flair and sophistication. Additionally, ample parking and easy accessibility from major transport routes make it a convenient choice for attendees from across the region.

We have our own in house catering team and also work in partnership with experienced catering companies, to provide the very best for your event.

We can cater from 5 to 500 delegates, providing for all your catering needs. From canapés and breakfast pastries to outdoor barbeques and seven course taster menu.

In addition to this we can offer offsite facilities at the White Horse in Baston.

Our private function room, The Brudenell Suite at The White Horse, has a distinctive interior and is available to hire Monday – Sunday. The function room will comfortably seat 25 people or more standing if required. With full table service it’s the perfect place for private dining, networking events and business meetings.

The White Horse Team are happy to help you host both meetings and events, special occasion, and celebrations.
